How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Aspectslied Tree Service aims to treat homeowners fairly and honestly. Tell us if your experience falls short. This page sets out how to complain and how we handle complaints. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Issues You Can Report

You may raise concerns about:

  • Contact with Aspectslied Tree Service by phone or another method
  • The handling of your personal information
  • Website information that seems incorrect or unclear
  • The behavior of a provider we referred you to

Problems With Property Work

Providers in our network run independent businesses. They are responsible for their quotes, prices, work and customer service. For a problem with tree work, it usually makes sense to speak to the provider first. Keep a written record of that contact.

Please also tell us what happened. Your feedback helps us address honesty within the network. Providers with repeated shortcomings may be removed. Aspectslied Tree Service cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide matters on that provider's behalf.

Details to Send

Submit your complaint to contact@aspectslied.world. Please include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • When you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you dialed or form you submitted, if remembered
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and the action you want us to take

How We Handle Your Complaint

We will send an email acknowledgment, usually within a few business days. We will then examine what happened. That review may involve contacting the provider. Afterward, we will explain our findings and any action we are taking.

Asking for Another Review

If our response does not address your concern, reply and request another review. You can also approach your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. A state or local licensing office may help with matters involving licensed contractors.

Where to Contact Us

Send complaints and questions about the complaint process to contact@aspectslied.world.
